Dear Guests,
At the Schachner family, we also think a lot about how we can help protect our beautiful mountain world – for all of us and for future generations.
Starting in the winter season 2025/26, we will therefore refrain from daily room cleaning once a week – always on Sundays. Together with you, we would like to take this small but mindful step towards greater sustainability.
For short stays of up to 2 nights, we deliberately forgo daily room cleaning. If you would still like to have it, please just let us know briefly at check-in.
Of course, your well-being remains our top priority. So if you need anything or if something is missing, we are always happy to be there for you.

Mindful & Sustainable: No Daily Room Cleaning on Sundays and for Short Stays in Winter
- direct bookings can be cancelled or rebooked free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
- cancellation 29 till 8 days before arrival we charge 70% of the booking amount.
- cancellation 7 till 1 day before arrival we charge 90% of the booking amount.
- in case of no-show we charge 100% of the booking amount.
- in case of later arrival or earlier departure we charge the full booking amount.
We recommend that you take out travel insurance with, for example, the Europäische Reiseversicherung.
