cancellation policy
- direct bookings can be cancelled or rebooked free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
- cancellation till 7 days before arrival we charge 70% of the booking amount.
- cancellation till 1 day before arrival we charge 90% of the booking amount.
- in case of no-show we charge 100% of the booking amount.
We recommend that you take out travel insurance with, for example, the Europäische Reiseversicherung.
