As our guest, you will receive the Guest Mobility Ticket free of charge upon arrival. This ticket allows you to use all public transportation throughout the entire province of Salzburg for free during your stay.
Whether you’re arriving comfortably by train and bus or planning trips to Salzburg, Zell am See, or local attractions – you can enjoy your stay without a car and without the hassle of finding parking.

cancellation policy
You can cancel or rebook your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
Up to 7 days before arrival, we charge 70% of the total booking amount.
Up to 1 day before arrival, we charge 90% of the total booking amount.
In case of a no-show, we charge 100% of the booking amount.
We highly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Children up to 5 years FREE
Children 5-12 years € 39.-
Children 12-15 years € 52.-
These rates apply when staying in the parents’ room with 2 full-paying adults.
Sportswear Laundry Service
Didn’t book a package, but your bike or sportswear needs a wash? We’ll be happy to wash and dry it for you – for a small fee of € 2.50 per load.
